I-CAN Program
 The “I-CAN” program at Heart’s Desire is designed to share the wonderful truth of God, in Jeremiah 29:11, with our students. God tells us “I know the plans that I have for you, plans
to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” God’s promise is
for all and it is our desire to share this wonderful news with children and their families.
The goal of our program is to build relationships with those that are hurting. Love them as
Jesus Christ demonstrated, and pray they will be set free by knowing that “God makes no junk!” Through
activities provided by Heart’s Desire such as horseback riding, fishing, building projects, challenge
course, camping skills, and various other activities, the participants begin to build confidence, trust,
and friendships that open doors for healing opportunities. Whether it is a trail ride, riding lesson,
competition at a local horse show, cooking out with the families, or learning to bait a hook, the
opportunities to instill hope are endless!
